Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Grosse Pointe dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
We built Street Wise - Plumbing around a simple idea: the plumber who shows up should be the same caliber of professional whether it's a leaking faucet or a full sewer line replacement. Every technician working under our name in Grosse Pointe, MI is licensed, insured, and trained on the specific fixture ages and pipe materials common to homes here.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Grosse Pointe well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Grosse Pointe team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Grosse Pointe, MI construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
These are the patterns our Grosse Pointe dispatchers hear about most right before a job turns into an emergency call.
